Our Role
RealPropertyBuySell operates as an online marketplace and technology platform. Unless a particular listing or service expressly states otherwise, RealPropertyBuySell is not the owner, seller, landlord, purchaser, broker, legal advisor, valuer or agent for a property listed by a third party. Users are responsible for independently verifying title, ownership, approvals, measurements, taxes, encumbrances, permissions and other property facts before entering into a transaction.
Payments
Where an online paid service is offered, the applicable amount is displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) before payment. Online payments may be processed through Razorpay. RealPropertyBuySell does not request or store card PINs, CVVs or full payment-instrument credentials on its website.
