No Physical Shipping
RealPropertyBuySell is an online property marketplace. The paid services covered by this website are digital services such as contact access, account credits and optional property visibility/priority services. No physical product is normally shipped to the customer.
Digital Delivery
After a successful payment is confirmed, the applicable digital service is delivered to the customer's RealPropertyBuySell account, session or relevant property workflow. Gold Coins, where purchased, are credited electronically to the applicable account. Contact-access or priority services are activated according to the purchased service.
Expected Timing
Digital services are normally activated shortly after successful payment confirmation. If activation is delayed because of a technical or payment-status issue, contact support@realpropertybuysell.com with the payment reference.
Payment Confirmation
A successful payment status may depend on confirmation from the payment processor. A bank debit without a corresponding successful order may require reconciliation before the service is activated.
Service Access Problems
If you have paid but cannot access the purchased service, do not make another payment immediately. Contact support with the transaction reference so the payment can be checked and the service can be activated or the eligible refund process can be initiated.
