For complaints that require formal review, email support@realpropertybuysell.com with the subject line Grievance Redressal. We will acknowledge the complaint and communicate the next steps. Where a complaint concerns a property posted by another user, the platform may request supporting information and may take action under the Terms & Conditions where appropriate.
