By accessing or using RealPropertyBuySell, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the paid services or the website.
Marketplace Use
Users must provide accurate information when creating accounts or posting listings. Users must not post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing or prohibited content. Property information should be accurate to the user's knowledge and users should update or remove listings that are no longer valid.
Property Transactions
RealPropertyBuySell is a technology marketplace. A listing does not by itself establish title, ownership, approval, valuation or legal status. Buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants must independently verify all relevant documents and complete transactions at their own risk. RealPropertyBuySell is not responsible for private agreements between users except to the extent required by applicable law.
Paid Services
Paid services are limited to the service described at checkout. Payment for a contact-access service does not guarantee that a property owner will answer, sell, rent or otherwise complete a transaction. Priority/boost payment purchases visibility or ranking features as described by the selected plan; it does not guarantee a sale or enquiry.
Payments & Security
Payments may be processed by Razorpay. RealPropertyBuySell does not ask customers to share OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, CVVs or passwords with support staff. Customers must use only the official checkout flow shown on the website.
Prohibited Conduct
- No impersonation, fraud, spam or deceptive property information.
- No attempts to bypass payment, access controls or security mechanisms.
- No unlawful use of another person's personal information.
- No content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Suspension & Termination
RealPropertyBuySell may restrict, suspend or remove accounts, listings or paid features where there is suspected fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, policy violation or other legitimate operational reason, subject to applicable law.
